I LOVE how this turned out! I drew this in one layer (which I never do) to see what I could do. Constructive criticism is the only type of criticism allowed. I didn't use any references.

Beautiful.

It's not easy to paint in a limited sphere of colors, but you've managed this so very well. The reds and yellows and oranges are certainly evocative of our classic view of fire and her hair feels like flames licking at a surface. The freckles are a wonderful touch, though I can't help wondering what she'd look like if they were darker, black, like sunspots or the heart of a flame. There's also a bit too much symmetry in her eyes themselves, or rather the reflection or glare in them. Usually reflection in eyes is going to be the same in both, not mirrored.

The eyebrows look like wisps of smoke to me, and might again have benefited from being a bit dark as a result, but still look terrific. The style, the way you've used your brush strokes to create this nebulous arrangement that lacks hard lines in most places, also really speaks of flame.

Breaking things down, the concept is not the most original, no (and let's face it, it is very difficult to design something wholly original with so many ideas and designs already floating about). But the way it has been accomplished is truly well-done, and I feel it is an altogether wonderful piece of work.
